Automatic soft tube production line can connect Tube making (PE tube extruding, Lami tube sealing) with shoulder injection machine,forming an automatic process. This line is suitable for PE extrusion tube, plastic laminated and aluminum plastic laminated sealing tube.
The main technology is about the automatic shoulder injection machine.
B·ZT-III injection molding machine, researched and manufactured on our own, is a new type of machine of advanced science and technology especially for tube shoulder injection molding. It is mainly applicable for the shoulder injection of laminate tubes and plastics. All its operation is controlled by PLC through a people-machine interface of large-scale touch screen. Integrating mechanical, electronic and pneumatic technologies has the advantage of high productivity, low consumption, easy operation, and automatic warning on failures, stable performance and no waste. By plastic injecting, spitting, squeezing and welding, it can make a plastic shoulder for plastic tubes and laminate tubes. And the shoulder is seamless which appears smooth, beautiful and firm.
This machine mainly includes tube transmission and feeding mechanism connected with tube making machine, clearance apparatus, injecting and spiting device, mould closing device, mould separating device, automatic tube releasing device.
The tube making machine makes the tubes, which then transmitted through the connected machine, then they are heated through the charging barrel, the servo drives the turn of the screw and spit the rings into the mould through plastic spitting valve, then comes into the next station, after further pressing and cooling, and mould releasing, the automatic shoulder injection is finished.

II. Operation Process for 6-Colour Printing Machine:
1. This ink board system is separable design, the left ink in the ink board can be washed easily and the ink can be adjusted by hands.
2. Put the ink trough on the ink board, lock the ink trough, fix the bolt and lock the leak defending board tightly on both sides, then put in ink.
3. Start up the electrical machine of the printing system, or turn the distributing ink wheel by hands, making the ink be carried by distributing ink wheel, then adjust the bolt of out ink volume so as to reach the primary need.
4. The volume of the given ink can be adjusted by turning the adjusting screw in the given ink controlling cam group, make it control the change of the touching place of the cam, so as to achieve the goal of controlling the given ink.
5. The effect of the ink bunch wheel is that it can make the ink be passed from the ink giving wheel to the ink distributing wheel, the advantage is improving the quality of the presswork.
6. The function of the ink equaling wheel group(1): In order to present the effect of bunch ink wheel, the pressure between the ink equaling wheel (1) and bunch ink wheel should be adjusted, which has a great effect on the printing result. The load and unload of the equaling ink wheel is very easy, just pull out the block pin that is quit the movable board to load and unload the equaling ink wheel.
7. The function of the ink equaling wheel group (2): In order to present the effect of the edition touching wheel, the ink equaling wheel (2) can pass the ink on the edition touching wheel onto the edition wheel equally. When the ink on the edition touching wheel is equal, the ink can be passed.
8. The function of the ink equaling wheel group (3): In order to present the effect of the ink distributing wheel, the ink equaling wheel (3) mainly pass the ink on the ink distributing wheel onto the edition touching wheel equally.
9. Adopting arc style to adjust the touching pressure between the edition touching wheel and transmitting wheel, which can be controlled by adjusting screw cap of adding ink.
10. The function of the separable transmitting wheel is that there is no need for the unnecessary ink board to leave the body of the machine, just move back the transmitting wheel.
11. The speed controlling machine of the motor of the glazing wheel can regulate the glazing speed according to the requirements.
NOTE: 4-Colour Printing Machine enjoys same system and operating process as 6-colour printing machine.
5. B.KFX-II Tube Drilling & Aluminium Sealing &Capping Machine
Introduction:This machine is suitable for opening the hole in the head of plastic or aluminium-plastic laminated tube which is hermetic, and sealing the hole with aluminium foil, then capping the tube finally. It includes three functions together.
