The B.GLS-III model aluminum-plastic laminated tube machine is successfully researched and developed by our company through absorbing internationally advanced technologies on the basis of the first generation tube machine. The machine is mechanically, electrically and pneumatically integrated. 3.1 Introduction
B·GLS-IV Tube Machine is successfully researched, designed and manufactured by us with the advanced technologies home and abroad on our tube machine of the second generation. Together with mechanical, electronic and pneumatic technologies, the B·GLS-IV is high automatic. Compared with the machines of the same kind home and abroad, it boasts of lower investment, higher productivity, lower consumption, easier operation, automatic warning on failures, non-stopping roll re-feeding, accurate position of rotary cutting, easier maintenance and more stable performance. With the high frequency welding and the aluminum-plastic laminated material, it can produce laminated tubes of all specifications with smooth and firm welded seam. B·ZJ-III Automatic Shoulder Injecting Machine, researched and manufactured on our own, is a new type machine of advanced science and technology specially for shoulder injection. Its all operation is controlled by PLC of large-scale through a people-machine interface of touch screen. By plastic injecting, spitting, squeezing and welding, it can make a plastic shoulder for plastic tubes and aluminum-plastic tubes. And the shoulder is smooth, beautiful and firm.

Double-mold alternate forming is adopted with high working efficiency. Screwing pre-plasticization, fixed and limit feeding, and full-hydraulic fast&slow mold closing are adopted.
